We offer various Pilates classes based on the current needs of our clientele. Below are a list of different class types we offer:
RPE: Reformer Pilates
This is a 45-50 minute Reformer Pilates Experience (RPE) session designed to target all the small stabilizer and large mobilizer muscles in a complete full body experience. Participants are asked to bring grip socks or can be barefoot for the session. We ask participants arrive 5 mins before the start of the session for Reformer demonstration. More than 5 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of session.
Reformer MixTape
This is a 45-50 minute Reformer Pilates Experience (RPE) session designed to target all the small stabilizer and large mobilizer muscles in a complete full body experience. These weekend sessions take principles and exercise sets from the entire week and combine them in a medley of core activation, controlled movements and flow.
#XPLODE
XPLODE is a 45-minute Reformer Pilates Experience (RPE) session including on and off the Reformer movements, focusing on power and plyometrics as well as core stabilization and mobility. Although we don’t actually consider this a true Pilates class, we do take elements from Pilates’ methodology and apply it to our signature Reformer HIIT- Style session.
