We offer various pilates classes based on the current needs of our clientele. Below are a list of different class types we offer:
RPE: Reformer Pilates
This is a 45-50 minute Reformer Pilates Experience (RPE) session designed to target all the small stabilizer and large mobilizer muscles in a complete full body experience. Participants are asked to bring grip socks or can be barefoot for the session. We ask participants arrive 5 mins before the start of the session for Reformer demonstration. More than 5 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of session.
Reformer MixTape
This is a 45-50 minute Reformer Pilates Experience (RPE) session designed to target all the small stabilizer and large mobilizer muscles in a complete full body experience. These weekend sessions take principles and exercise sets from the entire week and combine them in a medley of core activation, controlled movements and flow.
#XPLODE
XPLODE is a 45-minute Reformer Pilates Experience (RPE) session including on and off the Reformer movements, focusing on power and plyometrics as well as core stabilization and mobility.
